Pocomoke City, the multi-award winning “Friendliest Town On The Eastern Shore,” is home to the Pocomoke City 50plus Center. A stroll through downtown will bring you to the Pocomoke River which is the deepest river for its width in the world.

The 50plus Center provides local seniors opportunity for social interaction, emotional and physical support, meals and nutrition assistance. This is accomplished through arts and crafts, games, exercise, and monthly trips to various places of interest, many right here on the beautiful Eastern Shore.

Pocomoke City 50plus has the distinct advantage of sharing building space with the Worcester County Health Department.  Our major goal is to connect older adults to vital community services that can help them stay healthy and independent.
